EDGE offers an extensive range of manufacturing facilities:

- Bending ( 3 x Adira CNC bending machines, 3 m, 2.5m and 1m)
- Welding (Tig and CO2 welding)
- Powder Coating (outsourced)
- Electro Plating (outsourced)
- All processes managed by a comprehensive MRP system
Furthermore, we have an in house Design Team to assist customers
in the creation and / or fine tuning of the components or items they
require, using Solid Modelling software. We understand that some
customers may not have access to design capabilities and may only
have a rough plan of what they require. We are able to modify any
drawing or sketch into an engineered model for the full manufacturing
process.
